Day of Coordination

On your most special day, your focus should only be on enjoying every moment of the day.

Having a professional on site coordinator to take care of every last detail, you will be free to entertain your guests and revel in your happiness.

We know how to make things happen with flare. Just give us your detailed list of things to do, vendors such as florist, caterer, music/entertainment, photographer, videographer, limo, cake, décor team, make-up artist and hairdresser.  We will re-confirm appointments, status on services; what ever needs to be done. Copies of all vendor contract is essential in making sure that you get what you’ve paid for.

Things can and do happen which can mar your “Special Day”. Count on your professional to find the solution without raising an alarm and unnecessary stress. We must be aware of the “What if” factor and be ready with a “B” plan.


  • Final consultation one to two days before the wedding – maximum two hours
  • Develop a check list in order of priority
  • Confirm delivery time with all vendors
  • Check all deliveries before signing off
  • Work closely with caterer to ensure excellent service and presentation
  • Receive and display gifts
  • Distribute all pre arranged payments with signature
  • Final check on décor and place settings
  • Attend rehearsal for an hour and see the Bride walk down the isle
  • Secure all gifts (money box) to be delivered to authorized person(s)
  • Service begins two weeks before the wedding with confirmation of vendor services
  • Make sure out of town guests have transportation and accommodation
  • Have a fully equipped emergency kit on site
  • Maximum of  8 hours on wedding day after which there will be a charge  at $75.00 per hour
  • 200 & more guests require two people to oversee the day
  • A 50% deposit is required with the balance three days before the wedding
  • Cash or certified cheque
